I got an order but then it dissapeared

I just got an order from someone , I could see the revenue and all but after an hour it dissapeared. This did not happen for the first time so I have no idea why this keeps happening and why noone can buy from me or what´s wrong with my shop... Can someone please help me or does anone else have this problem?

This was happening a while back and in some cases a glitch. You will know it has gone through when it appears in your dashboard under orders & deliveries, it will also show as an order on your shop page. In most cases you will receive a confirmation email, that an order has been made from your shop.

Yess I did and there was nothing

Before with this glitch, it would take a listing and put it in sold and the amount would show in the revenue box

but no order, no notification, no email, no pending, processing or cancellation 

then within 30 min it would vanish and the listing would automatically leave the sold section and return to the active section.
