I've been working on becoming a star seller for months and finally met all the requirements to be considered a STAR SELLER for June. However, a purchase that was made on 5/31/23 in my shop (which gave me the boost I needed to become a star seller) was misapplied to June 1st, I was not given my star seller award I earned. Now, Etsy says they can't manually change/enter anything and I am super frustrated that my hard work to earn this award won't even be recognized.
Not the best explanation but how Etsy sees it or explains it, yet somehow, if you get a low star review right at the end it tanks your stars right away.
With Monday (May 29) being a US Federal Holiday, I think May 26 was probably Etsy's official last day for Star Seller. Metrics.
@BARBERACOTTAPOTTERY: Star Seller stats are in UTC not your local time zone. What is May 31 to you may be June 1 to Star Seller. It also appears that some packages are "assigned" to the month of the Scheduled Ship By date not the actual shipment date. You will be able to check this in the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page where all the dates / times are in UTC.
Correct, Etsy support does not have the ability to change anything on Star Seller and also the last day or 2 of the month don't count.
The last couple of days of May do not count, till June. This is because ,messages need to be 24 hours to be answered, and packages that take a couple of days to ship do not count because they haven't and there is no way to know they will on time, or with tracking to be accepted.

Thanks for your help, everyone. It's discouraging but at least I have a better understanding of what happened.
Yes, I lost my star over a message issue (I replied in time but on the "wrong" thread). Then, I made up for it, but in the last few days of the months so now I know those days don't count. Sigh.
At least I know now, too, and don't set my expectations incorrectly. Keep your spirits up, this too shall pass!
