Greetings, I will hope someone can give me some advice about my shop. I just open my shop, and had some visitors who did wanted to buy but could not. They even sent me emails, such as…..

I do not understand what am doing wrong and why? I don’t know what to do.

It's a scam, a very popular one. Do not respond and put them all directly into your spam folder.

If you did give them your email address, you'll probably get a fake "Etsy" message asking for bank details. Spam those messages too.

Those messages you got are a SCAM to steal your money.
You're NOT doing anything wrong.

A buyer does NOT need your email to purchase anything.

You should have a warning on your message page regarding this scam.
They'll send you to a FAKE etsy site and want you to enter your banking/CC info so they can steal your money.

New sellers should read up on important info on getting paid, about scams, what can or cannot be sold here, fees, etc BEFORE ever opening a shop. There's "nothing" on the How to get paid help section, that says a buyer needs your email to complete a purchase.
