I don’t sell this product but got final violation

I received an infringement notice for a t-shirt design about Nebraksa. I don’t even sell t-shirts! I did initially when I first opened the store in 2020 but it’s been at least 6 months since I’ve had a t-shirt. It’s so disappointing to now have a final policy violation when I have done nothing wrong. I sell digital products. It’s been the SAME notice emailed 3 times as if the product was still listed. No one has helped me and I have tried over and over.

Wow - that's unsettling!  I would suggest deactivating the sold-out item, so it doesn't show up anywhere (faves lists, reviews) just to be on the safe side.

If it has a review, you are still displaying it, so can still be IP infringing

deactivate/delete items, don't just leave them there as sold out
