I did not get star seller, even though I qualified and ETSY will not answer my emails for help. I have qualified every month since it was started. Im not sure what happened, All the stats say I pass - yet no star seller.
When you say it moved from June to July, did you change the ship-by date on Etsy before the original date had passed?
If so, I believe moving that order into July will make it a "July" order, meaning it will be taken out of your June stats, which may mess with your percentages.
In other words, the one item that was actually late may have made more of an impact for that month's stats if one of your the orders has been removed from the equation.
Just a guess.
You are missing the Messaging badge.
You also have several listings that infringe on famous company's IP, which can cause your badge to be permanently removed.
I see the Speedy replies badge and the Rave reviews badge, but no shipping badge.

You are correct!
Are you looking at the current stats? The last review period is what you should be looking at.
Usually when this happens, sellers are looking at the wrong badge period.
The stats showing on the dashboard right now are for next month's badge. Do your stats from the previous period also show that you should have gotten yesterday's badge?
Right, but it says 100% on my end - I dont get it
for the last review period everything is 95% or higher.
Hi, in your Shop it shows you have the Badge for Replies to Messages and for Reviews. The one which is missing is Tracking/Shipping. When you download the CSV File for the last SS Metric period, does it tell you specifically which one is missing? *The July Badge factors in the months of April, May, June.
Yes it does, I had 1 item I had to move from June to July due to a customers request (This one I dont understand as the item is not late). I also had one Item that was delayed for a customer request (this one I understand) - Either way - its a 95%

If you look at your dashboard they say they won't look into any disputes, that their decisions are final.
Are you looking at the figures you're online for for August?
Hey thanks for the help!
Darn, I didnt even think of that - item was moved from 6/30 to 7/3 = It was considered late on 7/1 even though I had already updated it, as of now it is not considered late anymore
