I did not get a Star Seller badge

I have a 100% in message response time, 4.9 for reviews where target is 4.8, and 100% for shipping but haven't received a Star Seller badge. I have met all the requirements for the first time and did not get it. I would not cay that I can not live without it, but it would be great to get what I merit.

Help is very much appreciated.

you don't have the message badge,

when you go to star seller, the screen you see is the progress for October

you have to click on - "last review period" and see what the message stats were there

I see the message badge and the shipping badge, but not the reviews badge. Is that because of the one 4 start review in August?

Yes, I"ve made 1971 sales to date.

You have to also have a min of 5 orders and have sales of over 250 euro.  I checked all the requirements except the sales order value and lost the badge.

In the last review period for this month's star, you had 6 reviews less than 5 stars.  That's why.

In the last review period I have twenty ratings of 5 stars and two ratings of four stars.  Thank you.

In the last review period you had 31 five star reviews and 6 that were less than five star.

You want to look at the "Last Review Period" tab, not the "Current Review Period" tab on your star seller page.   Then you will see your numbers that pertain to this month's star.

It's not to date, you need to make the sales number each 3 month period. The one that was issued this week is for June-July-August.

For June-July-August I made 205 sales.

What I was doing wrong?

Or it is a problem on the Etsy's side.

Just checking - it sounded like you were looking at your lifetime sales, just making sure you had enough for the time period. 

According to your badges you're missing the star average. As Zinnia pointed out, they calculated you to have a 4.7. If you are seeing 4.9, that may be for the next one, which will keep tabulating through September and be issued October 1st.
