I changed my name before opening my account and Etsy will not let my upload any documentation

No matter what I do I can not summit my ID when I finally get the prompt to do so and my tax ID I entered it wrong and there is absolutely no where to summit it. I have reached out to customer service but they just tell me that i just need to edit it on the same page where i can not edit that information and when I do it just gives me an error. I’ve even tried deleting my account but after the deletion timer runs out it just goes back to open and frozen.

Also just legally changed my first name and  got married i have triple checked with all local and national authorities that everything is changed and so there shouldn’t be any issues there but maybe?

It's for your protection against fraud. They can't make it easy.

Since you never opened your shop or listed anything, why not just start over again with the proper information. Unfortunately, you will need a different shop name and email address (although your provider usually allows you to create a second email address that points to your main/original one).
