I cant follow the buyer link anymore !!

Hi,

I got an order yesterday. I had an issue with the balance on my bank card... I have been on a live chat with a certain Sofia that tried to solve that problem. But, after the problem was about to be solved, now I cant follow the buyer link anymore !! nor back to the live chat with that lady.

- When I click the link it says, "inaccessible page"...

- Also, I cant contact the buyer as it says "The username you have entered is not a valid Etsy user"

Did anyone have the same issue ?

Sounds like this was a scam and the details have been deleted as you have no orders in your shop this has been happening a lot, more posts and info in the link below
