I cannot use the etsy help button.

Hi everyone

I cannot get support from the help button that connects to the support team on the Etsy dashboard. I cannot create a support request to report this technical problem. Is there anyone experiencing such a problem?

Hmmm I am not seeing any help button now....maybe clear your cache & cookies but Etsy may be hiding, who knows anymore!

@BluKatDesign  Maybe they mean Chat?  Do you see the option now?  I don't.  I think it's because it's nighttime.

@MintandLemonTee  Seeing that you are a Star Seller, I think you mean the chat icon?  I'm not seeing it now either, in the US - it's after "business hours".  Check again tomorrow morning.
