I cannot reset my password

I have tried for days to reset my password and Etsy says they will send link for password and they don't.  I need help.  And....I have been unable to contact Etsy support.

@BewitchingVintage  :  If you mean an eMailed like make sure that any eMails from Etsy have not gone into your spam folder.  If you have two factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account and are not receiving the code that is texted, use one of the backup codes that were offered to you at the time you set up the 2FA.
