I cannot reach anyone for help, especially anyone from Etsy. Is any one even there?

Thanks for responding. I have had  issues,with simple things,like wanted to change my logo so I clicked on it, selected the new pic making sure it met requirements ( at least 500 pixels & under 10 mb) it gave me the loading icon and never changed I waited a while and still the same?  Any ideas would be very appreciated.

Some features tend to have glitches with specific browsers. Chrome is glitchy for me. Start by trying a different browser and if you  are attempting anything via the app..don't  use the app.

Etsy's customer service is famous for being almost non-existent.  Someone in the forums might be able to help you with your issue if we knew what it was or direct you to the right link for help.

BTW, get policies established for your shop ASAP.  No policies, no Etsy seller protection.

Thanks your response gives me hope. Is it possible to reach a live human that represents Etsy? I'm  on my phone and computer  I can't even find the post in forums  to respond to you from my computer

Unless it is a financial or ID issue or something only Etsy can fix you are better off asking here. Even if you find chat it is outsourced to people who have never ran an etsy shop and they would just direct you to the help pages or the forums anyways.
