I cannot delete my listing

Hello,

I cannot simply delete my listing. I've the delete option but when I delete my item it still shows on my main page and in my listings although I've received the warning it's been deleted. I've restarted my computer and logged out and logged back in to my account but it didn't help.

Is there anybody having the same issue?

Something is seriously wrong. Can't deactivate or delete, but can renew BUT still shows up as expired. People better careful not to renew multiple times...ugh

I can't delete or deactivate any of my listings either.

@DesignMustang  : "Is there anybody having the same issue?" There are quite a few recent threads in this forum reporting that there is a lag in changing the state of some listings - the charge is also suffering from the lag and will appear when the listing is eventually published, renewed, etc. Best guess is that there is something going on with the back end queue where these requests are being processed as we had listings not get processed in the order we renewed them. This is also affecting deletions, deactivations, etc.

I deactivated and deleted several listings and they keep coming back to my shop page as available. Switched to manual re-new then a few hours later those listings are back to auto-renew. I went onto Shopify and made those items excluded from the sales channel and they are still there, what is going on???

@Former_Member are you using some kind of integration that synchronises your listings between Shopify and Etsy? It sounds like that's not working. I would check whether that facility is even approved by Etsy.
