I cannot deactivate or delete listings

I cannot deactivate or delete active listings. I get the "Oops. something went wrong" message. It has been going on for at least 2 days. It is happening on multiple computer systems. I've sent a help ticket... but my last 3 help tickets have been closed without any correspondence from Etsy. They just close them without resolution. It takes weeks for them even to bother to do that. I am in the process of moving, and certain things are packed and need to be deactivated. I'm not ready to put my shop on hold yet. Has anyone had this issue? Was it solved? How did you solve it?

I was able to deactivate my listing through the app.

We know that you can renew a listing if you do it from the listing itself - perhaps deactivate works there too?

It does not work from inside listing editor too..

More than that I cant contact etsy from help panel , it bring me out to "etsy issue page" , but when I check the etsy's status , it shows that was issue on 07/07 and now all issues have resolved

edit them and renew them 1 by 1, that is the only way for now.

I have not been able to deactivate or delete either the last 2 days.  Just had one of my girlfriends try on her computer and did not work.  I went in and put "SOLD OUT" in the listing title; at least that she work for now. Frustrating.

I was able to delete a listing today using the app ... it seemed not to work at first, but it did disappear after I renewed the page.

Can you click on the listing and manually renew it? That's the only way it's been working for the past couple of days. I can no longer check the boxes to quickly renew listings.

We are able to renew sold out listings by "editing' the listing ...

There are many posts on this.  I have tried to alert Etsy by flagging some of the old threads that have been dragged out in hopes that the moderator will contact Etsy for us.  A long shot but hope it helps a little bit.

These technical gliches are getting annoying. I can't delete deactivated listings or do a few other things.

Oh no!  I hope this is worked out. This can be very problematic if a listing is no longer available for sale.

This has been going on for days, it's impossible yo do anything!

Not only are we missing out on sales but Etsy is too.....get a move on ( or at least let us know what's going on instead of this silence!) will you and get this fixed!

I had to do it from the Sell on Etsy app. It won't do it from the website for some reason.
