To whom this concerns,
I have been suspended from my account and when I try to reply to the link, I am denied. Can I please receive a new verification link?
Kind regards,
Bogi Cheung
I think your shop is OK.
If you have received a message to verify your account it may be a SCAM. Etsy has already blocked the scammer which is why you can't reply.
Never click links from messages, or give anyone your email address, or bank details.
Are you sure this is not a scam attempt? How did you learn about suspension/verification? I'm looking at your shop and it's fine.
If you got a message alerting you, and asking you to reply to a link, it is a common scam. REAL messages from etsy will be in the "from etsy" section of your inbox. Check on a browser or computer (not on the app) for that folder.
When you try to reply to the message are you getting something like the user "doesn't exist"? That means etsy already identified it as a scam and deleted their account. Mark the message as spam and do not engage.
Read the forums to familiarize yourself on common scams.
Don't consider the Forum as a way to contact Etsy support. We are only other sellers here who can't send you official Etsy links or verify your store.
Contact Etsy through your Seller Dashboard.
Your shop is NOT suspended, This is a scam. Do not respond to it, it is NOT from Etsy. The scammer is trying to take you off the Etsy site so they can rip you off, it has happened to many people on several sites over the last six months. The fact that you cannot reply, probably means that Etsy has already cancelled the scammers account.

Check your messages using a browser, not the app. Look for a section that says From Etsy - it appears under Messages - Inbox - Order Help Requests. Click on From Etsy. If the message you received is not there, then that message was NOT from Etsy, it is a scam. Anyone can send a message to your Inbox, but only Etsy can send a message to the From Etsy folder.
What you are describing is a scam that has been happening to many new sellers lately. You cannot reply because Etsy has deleted the scammer's account. If you are able to do it, mark the message as spam so it does not affect your seller rating. Again, use a browser since you cannot mark as spam with the app.
Hello! I’m new and trying to figure out why my account suspended. I setup my banking and for payment of my account.
@HavingfunByKellie Did you read the above links? Your shop is not suspended. Scammers pretending to be Etsy try to scare new accounts into giving out financial invitation by saying their account is suspended.
It’s a scam right? I’m finding this out with these posts! Thank you
Definite scam. Sadly, many have lost large amounts of money, I'm glad you weren't one.
If you can see your shop it is not suspended. If it was suspended when you go to view it it will have a message saying "This seller not currently selling on Etsy" or something similar.
