All permissions allowed, I can take a photo, but suddenly no access to my gallery so I can help my customers

Yes! I'm in the same boat! The last 2 days. I have been wondering if anyone else has had this issue, I contacted etsy even sent screenshot of the pop up box "allow picture and video" in settings and I sent etsy a screenshot of all permissions "granted" they said they will email me, this is hurting business since I'm a reader and I have 1 hour to deliver my readings and I do multiple readings at a time ugh. I went to settings and allowed all permissions, the app will allow me *take pictures* but not upload from gallery, yesterday I bought a new phone thinking my phone was outdated, $300 later.. I download the seller app and the same thing.

Yes! I'm in the same problems! The last 15 days. I did all tutorial for solve the problems but all was inefficacious. Suggestions?!
Same problem here, couldn't find a solution for it for weeks. Tried resetting permissions, clearing cache, uninstalling/reinstalling, and various other troubleshoot-y things. Then Etsy released an update. Now it works.
If it doesn't (or didn't) update automatically, check your phone-specific app store and manually update. Not a guarantee it'll fix things, of course, but it seems to have fixed them for me.
