When I upload my icon and profile photo, it does not load and it does not appear to me that I have any particular problem
I already checked that they meet the requirements and it still does not load.
Please help
Are you esuing the edit on your shop home page or Info & Appearance? Use the edit on the shop home page. Then click edit in the area you want to change. Could be a pencil, camera or the word edit.
