Would someone mind very much checking on this listing and let me know if there is the option to order different quantities of it? I am not sure if I am setting it up wrong or if this is an option that I am just not seeing on my computer. (Missing information has been an on going issue in my account.)
Thank you so much,
Lisa
This has been this way for quite a while now.
If you have multiples of an item for sale and I believe if the price is $20 or more, you can't add quantities on the listing page.
You have to change the quantity on the cart page.
If I add that item to my cart I can either select 1 or 2 for the quantity.

Thank you so much! It has been some time since I last wanted to do multiples so I was a bit confused by my lack of options.
@vintageNCtreasures is correct. Over $20, the quantity can only be seen once the item is in the cart. Counter intuitive for sales of more than 1, IMHO. I do a workaround by either setting up a variation that is "How many dishes?" and then 1 dish, 2 dishes, etc. Or I have a few where I just put huge graphics on a photo: "7 Available, Choose quantity from drop down in cart". PITA, also IMHO.
If you want to see how I do the graphics, I have a bunch of Dansk Blue Mist plates and bowls in my shop and the ones that are over $20 are using the photo graphics.
Thank you! I like your work around.
Has Etsy ever explained the reasoning for setting up the quantities this way?
I am having the same issue with selling pocket squares - many potential buyers have to message me about quantities. I also offer monograms at fixed prices and so it is confusing for me and I'm sure for them. I am not sure why there is not a quantity separate drop down. I probably have lost customers because of this. Any suggestions? Is there an Etsy tech person to inquire about this?
There's no technical problem. This is the way Etsy wants it. You're responding to a thread that is 2 years old, so it's been this way for at least that long. Etsy wants quantities to be visible in the listing only when the listing price is $20 or less. Anything over that and quantities are visible in the shopping cart.
Here's a current discussion about this.
I just checked your listing and there is no information that you have quantities that a customer might use to buy from.
This is the same issue I am having and it can cause a loss in potential sales while people are shopping. In my opinion, how difficult would it be to have a drop down box to create for quantities? Especially of the same item. I do have some people message me to ask that question, and I have to create a custom listing for them to buy from. It does not need to be so complex.
