I can't see any orders in my orders list.

One of my customer have ordered two items from my shop. She sent me a screenshot as well.

But i can't see any orders in my orders list. Can someone please help me how can i contact customer support to resolve this?

It is likely to be a SCAM!! There are many scams around sending emails that look like they are from Etsy. 

If the orders are not showing in your orders on your dashboard and the money is not in your Payment Account for them, then there are no orders.

As mentioned above sounds like the start of one of the many online Scams.

If the order isn't showing in your sellers dashboard then you DONT HAVE AN ORDER. But incase the customer really is having payment issues , advise them to contact Etsy to resolve.
