I never post here, but I am at my wit's end.
This has been a problem for almost a YEAR now and Etsy support is of no help so I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem and knows how to fix it?
I save a lot of listings to draft to publish later and am able to do that on my desktop, but it won't let me on my iPhone, it just says "contact Etsy support". I have tried uninstalling/installing the Etsy app and everything is up to date so I don't know what else to do? It's a real problem and I've had the patience of a saint, but am over it. Anyone?
@SalvageRelics Hi, I've never used the App (rather, a desktop computer), but the App is very glitchy, according to what others have been saying. I would use a browser instead, so you're not hindered from doing your work.
Also, I've never used the Draft feature. If a listing needs a lot of work, I'll Deactivate it while I'm doing the required edits.

@SalvageRelics I never use the app to do anything important - too many problems.
If something doesn't work on the app-- STOP using it.. open a web browser on your device and use that.. the app is VERY glitchy and has not worked perfectly from the start. What works today-- might not work tomorrow. You said you have a desk top-- use that if you don't want to use your iPhone browser.
that's pretty pathetic you can't use the seller app to list when your desktop is not handy.

If your desk top is not handy.. use a browser window on your device. That works fine. The app was never meant to be a replacement and has never done everything you can do via a browser window.

I am glad I am not the only one experiencing this problem right now! I’ve only been having it for the last couple of days, but as you mention is also really frustrating! I use the app ALOT for my listings saving drafts and going back to them later, and now it’s a real inconvenience! I’ve not got a fix for this, but will keep following this thread.
