I can't print shipping labels

My order is all packaged up nice and tidy, and ready to go, but I am unable to get the label printed. I'm not a new shop, and have been using the Etsy shipping for more than two years now, and this is the first time I've had this issue. Yes, the items are paid for already. Yes, I have enough money in my account to cover shipping. And yes, I checked everything I could possibly think of. 

When I click on 'Get Shipping Labels' at the top of the screen, it takes me to the next screen that shows me the usual information, but the 'review' button won't allow me to review my purchase for shipping. And I'm not sure what to do about any of it. Is anyone else having this problem?

@JustArtinAround    Bad or poorly executed javascript? Since you seem comfortable with dev tools in the browser, have you tried changing the disabled to "False"?

The disabled doesn't work like that, but yes, if you remove it, then the button will be enabled. That's great for one offs, but having to edit the HTML to purchase shipping label seems crazy.

Also, yes, the bug is likely in the Javascript but it could be in the server-side. I didn't watch the traffic to see what was being sent to the servers. If it happens again, I'll be sure to do that.

@JustArtinAround   It has been a few years since I did any serious javascript and some of it has fallen between the cracks in my brain cells. But it does prove that there is an error in the code. And it does sound like it is time to look at the network traffic logs. Thank you for the update.

@OdeiminandSage  , I printed a label today and had no problem, using desktop, Chrome and windows 10. Did you try refreshing the page, logging out of etsy then back in, using a different device?

For about a month, I have not been able to print my shipping/order receipts, too.  I'll click on the "print order" button, and then select both options (order and packing receipts), then hit "print".  A screen opens up for a second, completely blank, then disappears.  This is in Firefox.  When I switch to Chrome, it works.  So that is an option, but that doesn't solve the core issue - why doesn't it work in Firefox?  I've already checked to make sure I'm allowing Etsy pop-ups.  Not sure where else to look.  Anyone have this problem?

Did you ever resolve your label printing issue?  This has been going on for about 3 weeks for me.  I have produced lots of labels and suddenly one day... I purchase it and when i get to the print page, i hit print and it opens a pdf for a second and then disappears! I've tried everything!

I get a blank screen also. After my label is created and paid for I see the label perfectly fine and then I hit print and it pops up a blank screen where normally I have to hit another print button to actually get it to print. Since I can no longer see the button I can't print it. This is using Chrome. I went to Edge and was able to print it just fine from there. I had to do this before a while back when I was using Firefox prior to switching to Chrome. Not sure why this keeps happening, but it's frustrating.

Hi,

I found that when I try to print from Etsy, like you said, something pops up for a second, then disappears.  I found it under the "dowload" tab at the top right of screen.  Etsy converts it to pdf, then, in my case anyway, it becomes available as a download.  Not ideal, as it does take an extra step, but at least I'm printing!

same thing, worked great for years, now won't. I delete adn start over. Huge pain. Definately some software problem

If you refresh it and choose it again it works. Very annoying

Actually, I discovered when I click "print" a new screen opens then disappears.  But I found the listing I want to print in my download tab on top right in Google.

This is happening to me on safari using a macbook. I've been selling for a long time and I've never had the print button not work. The label just woudn't show up.  I had to open the shipping label on my iphone instead, and print it from there.

Yes I am having this problem as of today. It worked fine yesterday and for years.
