ETSY has stopped all of my payment transactions. I cannot get any help from the support team. Can someone who knows help me, please?
Only Etsy support can help you. Admins who operate the Forum rarely come here, and will direct you to experts with support.
Go back to the first email you sent. Reply with "I STILL NEED HELP".
Opening more threads with support will only confuse the situation and kick you to the back of the line again.
As per your last thread:
"If you don’t have access to your old email address, contact us for help."
This is another topic under a different heading.
If you just made your first sale, and Etsy has put you on vacation or stopped your Payment options, you will need to Verify your bank account. If you have already done that, you will need to do it again.
My advice stands about support.
@PlatypusDream It didn't work, my friend..
You can’t pay your Etsy bill? Why not?
@NanaLetha Yes ! Etsy Payments is currently unavailable for your shop.
It's unclear what the problem is. Are you saying that you can't receive payments from customers or something else? Your shop is on vacation since yesterday so no one can buy anything anyway.
What country are you living in?
@Amaradorn My friend, I want to pay for the items I uploaded and the ads I created on Etsy. Yes, I am in vacation mode because Etsy did it and I can't change it.
@IndependentFuture0 Ok, so you can't pay your bill as @NanaLetha said. It's possible Etsy has put your shop on vacation because you were trying to change your email address (I saw the other post) and they did it as a security measure. I'm sorry I don't know what to suggest. You can only wait for Etsy support to get back to you and they are usually quite slow but right now they have additional problems with the bank issue.
To pay your bill you need to have a valid Credit Card on file. It has nothing to do with Etsy Payments.
@Beadcomber It doesn't allow me to save and has also deleted the one that was saved.
If you mean you want to pay your Etsy bill, you cannot make payments until after the end of the month. Etsy charges all their fees and services to your Payment Account, the income from sales offsets the fees and if you still owe Etsy any money at the end of the month you can make a payment after the 1st. If this was your first sale, and you have listing fees or other fees such as advertising, as well as the fees for the sale, all those fees are paid from the sale funds.
If your credit card on file has been deleted (as you said a bit earlier), it sounds like you were hacked. Etsy would never delete a credit card on file; they want to get paid.
