I can't login to the Etsy forum from my second AVworkshop store more than a month.
I did not violate the rules of the Etsy forums.
I see: "We're sorry, but you have been banned from using this site."
or " Your request failed. Please contact your system administrator and provide the date and time you received the error and this Exception ID: 1BC7EC54."
I contacted Etsy Help several times, but no one answered me. I am writing hoping that someone from Etsy admins will help me.

If you were banned from using the forums you would have received an email.
They may have thought that you were using the second account as a Sock Puppet and banned it.
You haven't declared that you have two shops in this shop, which is mandatory.

The same thing has just happened to me. I have two Etsy shops, but tend to use the forum through this shop rather than my second shop. What is going on?

and somehow caught out real shops
Many thanks for testing. I'm not overly bothered by it, as I don't usually use that shop to leave comments on the forum. However, being told that you have been banned implies that you have done something to contravene the forum rules, which I'm sure I haven't.
I don't think this is a test. I've been writing to support from time to time for three months now with no results.
@workshopmini Hi, When I click onto your Shop Profile (top Right of page, "Svetlana"), I do see where you've declared your other Shop.

Well, for the longest I couldn't't edit here, now it seems to be doubling up my posts. There are a lot of issues in the forums lately

e-mail them (at the e-mail they listed) from the e-mail that is associated with the shop you can't log in from
I think the OP doesn't understand the email address, but I can't think of any way to say it that would be acceptable and clearer.
