I'm not able to add a listing to my shop. When I go to Listings, then Add a listing, I get taken to a generic 404 page. [https://www.etsy.com/your/shops/me/listing-editor/create]
Any advice? Is there a step I could have missed somewhere that now won't let me add a listing to my shop?
I'm experiencing some issues with the Listings section as well, hopefully just a glitch that will clear up soon.
That would be great, but I've been having this problem for a few days. Just now figured out where I should go to ask for help.
Those 400 errors seem to be browser related. Try using a different browser, or sign out and clear your browser cache/cookies. I've been needing to do this more often, lately, using Chrome on my laptop.
I did try in Firefox as well, but had the same issue. Same issue with signing out and back in.
Is that url structure the same one that you see when you add a listing?
