I can't find the Manual option for entering bank account information?

The site is not accepting my bank number. Therefore, I would like to use the manual option. However, I cannot figure out how to select manual. There is an Edit button, but it is greyed-out and not clickable. Actually, nothing on that page is clickable accept for the "Connect Account Via Plaid" button, but when I do that, that is when I get the Error Pop-Up message. I am totally stumped. Help!

You need to start the process, it happens after you enter your acct. #, then it will give you the option. So since you can’t get to that point. you will need to open a ticket with Etsy to help you.
