I'm am a little confused! I just typed my problems on the top of this section & nothing showed up afterwards! I am having problems downloading pictures of items that I want to put into my shop! I tried yesterday, Thursday, 4/10/25 to download 3 items, however once I got to the part to download the pictures on all 3, it wouldn't let me download them! Also! Another problem! I notified on Help that on the past 3 sales I have had after I printed the labels for each I was under the understanding that $1.00 is suppose to be taken off the shipping costs! However! It has not been happening! I did the 3rd item today, Friday, 4/11/25, and still no discount! Please check into this please! I need to get these items online! Thank you!
