I am creating a new listing. When i tried to publish it it show's you can u publish the listing contact etsy support.

Have you paid all outstanding Etsy fees ? Did you fill in all the essential details (rescroll through the whole page). Save your work, then upload the page again...  Hopefullly others may have other ideas !

Etsy has been cracking down on shops that lie about handmaking their items.  Many have been closed. Maybe this is the first step in that process?

Listing items you show as handmade but are not is not a good way to start selling on Etsy.  Handmade is exactly what handmade means, it means you have handmade it yourself.  Maybe eBay is a better place for you.
