I can login to my etsy shop on laptop but not on my IMac, using same password. Help Please.

I can login to my etsy shop on my mac laptop but not on my iMac, I am using same password and e mail address on both. 

When I login on my imac, It says incorrect password. I updated my browser, still having trouble. 

I am afraid if I reset my password on the imac, I wont be able to login on either. 

Note that I have 2 shops, and I am writing this from the one that I have no issue logging into currently.

Are you sure it is the same password and email address, sometimes when you copy and paste one, they add a space at the end. Also, have you tried with your username (shop name) instead of your email address and password? Normally I would also say to clear the browser cache, but as you updated it, it may not apply, what browser you are using on the Apple Mac? Safari? Maybe try Firefox?

Hi, thank you for your reply. My username did not work either. I am using Chrome, but also have tried Safari. Will try again and update. thank you! Ill get there eventually.

@Studio28GiftShoppe  - Is it possible you're using the incorrect user name?

There is the name I see under your shop's avatar photo.

But the user name - I chose mine - I was first a buyer in 2016 and later used it open shop. I can't remember when Etsy started assigning the "original gibberish" user names and how you'd go about changing it (if you can?) but thought I'd mention this as a remote possibility.
