I am using safari and I can only seem to get the mobile version of the website to load,

I am using safari on the desktop and I can only seem to get the mobile version of the website to load,, not the desktop version. 

its driving me up the wall everything is too big and I can't reset it. 

Anyone any ideas?

There is no "desktop version" to load. You can't use the mobile version on desktop, so that's not what you are seeing. Maybe you need to Zoom Out on your browser screen.

Type etsy.com in the browser window to get to the Etsy site. Type shopname.etsy.com to go to your shop. Or use a different browser. Users have been reporting issues with Safari lately.

I only use Safari on the iMac, iPhone and iPad - never had a problem.

I had the same issue. Type "Command + 0" that should reset your zoom.
