I am unable to message to buyer due to inactive of my etsy message.i complaint so many time but my problem is not solved yet..it's humble request to solve my problem 2 month ago there is no response..
OP, if the buyer has already placed an order, you can find their email in the order section and email a message to the buyer. However, if you are trying to talk to a prospective buyer, you won't be able to message until Etsy resets your message function. Etsy doesn't want you to spam browsers on the site.
when do they reset your messaging? i was wondering this myself, as i had a prospective buyer message me as well and cant reply to it?
Sounds like you were sending unsolicited messages to buyers and Etsy suspended your privileges.
You can ONLY send messages to buyers who have a current order in process. You cannot send messages to people who add your items to their shopping cart, or favour them, neither of these things constitute a buyer/seller relationship.
If this is why you were muted, you should still be able to contact current buyers in order to facilitate filling their orders. However, only Etsy can say for how long your message privileges will be suspended.
If you were sending messages to people who favourited your item, or targeting buyers in other store's feedback to try to make sales, or attempting to take a sale off of Etsy (by including your email address, phone number or website link), Etsy might have disabled your messages.
If you had a temporary ban before, then got your messaging privileges back, but continued to spam other Etsy users, Etsy can PERMANENTLY remove your messaging ability.

I have never been able to message buyers and have contacted support 4x. With no response other than they will get back with me.. now I have an order where they can not validate an address and this is becoming a huge issue. Can anyone help me

If you can't get the address to verify, contact the buyer via email. The email address is right under the buyer's name on the order. Click on the buyer's name and the email will pop up.

@UniqueMomBoss Those messages asking for your email are scams. A buyer does not need your email address in order to purchase. The reason why you cannot respond to them is probably because their accounts were closed by Etsy, not because you lost messaging privileges.
When you sell anything, Etsy sends you the info and gives you the option of emailing them. I do that. That way I can give them a free printable toy pattern, calendar set, and such. No problems with people abusing my email either.
@LinkisPrintables be aware that you can only contact buyers in response to an inquiry from them, or in regard a current order. Etsy gives you the buyers' contact info for those reasons only.

I have had this same problem for over 3 month. I have never sent spam. I receive some, and mark it as spam. That isn't the issue. I can't message someone I have purchased from, I can't message my own buyers and I can't answer genuine questions. Getting an answer from support is impossible. If I don't answer messages then I look unorganised and can't be a star seller - unless I put them into spam, but that would penalise genuine enquiries. How on earth do you actually get support from Etsy? Looks like lots of people have this messaging issue and not because they've been spamming:/
