There was a 12-hour lag time between when a customer sent me a message and when I received the notification. If this had been a potential customer I could have lost a sale. This has happened several times recently. I am using my laptop, not the phone app.
I spent over 20 minutes on a chat with a customer service rep who gave ME instructions to clear my cache???
This is not an issue on my end. Please work on resolving this issue.
I get notifications on the app installed on my iPad.
