My shop is active and I am getting new orders as well, although whatever I am earning from my shop all money just stuck in my shop. How can I change my payoneer, I have raised this issue etsy and they are keep on saying that another team will contact you they are working on it and It has been couple of months already. Please help. Really appreciate your help and suggestions. Thank you

I'm sorry but therefore seem to be a way to change the Payoneer account once it has been connected to an Etsy shop. I don't know why, but Etsy does not allow it to be changed. I would suggest you work with Payoneer to gain access to your original Payoneer account again.

Payoneer decided on one account for Etsy.  I don't know if you can ask for help on this with Etsy. But try to see if there is some way a new account can be created for you.

I suggest you put your shop on vacation until you get this solved.

Re: I am not able to change my Payoneer Account and my funds are stuck

Payoneer only allows 1 account per person

and etsy does not allow the account to be changed to another person

so once a payoneer account is linked, that''s it for Etsy

If there is a problem with the linked payoneer account, you have to sort it out with payoneer - it's the only way

  • One Account Limit:
Payoneer's policy is to have only one account per individual or business.
  • Customer Due Diligence:
This policy is in place to ensure Payoneer can conduct necessary customer due diligence and maintain the security of its platform.
  • Reopening a Closed Account:
If you choose to close your Payoneer account, you can reopen it as long as it wasn't closed due to a violation of Payoneer's Terms & Conditions.
