I am asked to upload a document, but I haven't received the email. Which document should I upload?

Hello, I am one of those who have put the store into vacation mode. Today, instead of the 'vacation mode' message on the dashboard, it says 'upload doc.' However, I haven't received an email regarding which document I need to upload. Has anyone experienced this situation and resolved it?

It looks like nobody here has a good easy answer, darn! My initial reaction was DO NOT upload any docs, somebody is messing with you. Of course it's not Etsy (probably). Anyway until you know more *from Etsy* (and I assume any convo from them should appear in the "From Etsy" folder on your messages page) - there's no way you'd know how to proceed - or if you should.  So sorry you are having to deal with this!

Hello we have the same exact problem. Now having almost 6000 items unlisted. And we have no information via e-mail or via messages from etsy about these documents. i've wrote a message to etsy support 2 days ago... still haven't got an answer. We're pretty disapointed about this situation I find this un-professional from etsy to suspend our living whitout even a notice of what they infact want and then not answering our message.
