I Want Change My Taxpayer Info

I am writing to request your help in updating the taxpayer information on my Etsy account.

When I initially entered my taxpayer details, I mistakenly submitted my shop name instead of my legal name (as per my PAN card). I am based in India, and I understand that Etsy requires the taxpayer’s legal name for verification.

Unfortunately, I do not have the option to edit this information in my account, and I kindly request that you unlock or allow me to update my taxpayer info.

I submitted appeal many times but no reply comes last 16 days

@CottonFabricHub This is not Etsy Support. We're only other sellers here so can't help with your account settings. Contact Etsy thru the HELP link at the top of the screen. 

When you say you "submitted appeal many times" do you mean you contacted Etsy Support thru the Help link multiple times about the same issue? This is probably why you're not hearing from them. You need to reply "I still need help" to their 1st automated reply. And, if you get another automated reply, send the same response. Again and again ... and hopefully / eventually ... you will probably reach a human. Contacting Etsy Support separately about the same issue puts you at the bottom of the support queue each time.

I already do that but they give option to send email !

I ALSO SEND EMAILS MANY TIME BUT THEY TOLD ME UPLOAD CORRECT DETAILS !
