My name is Catarina Battista, I am a watercolor artist, and I sell digitals in my ETSY SHOP.
I sell only digitals, and normally all my orders go directly in the “Completed Section” of ORDERS & SHIPPING. I don’t sale “Make to Order Digitals”.
4 days ago, I sold a digital bookmark, and for the first time this was listed in the “New Section” of ORDERS & SHIPPING”. Since then, I have contacted the Support Center, with the Chat more times, but they only send me to the help pages that I have read over and over, they also asked me to select the “Complete order button” to complete the order. I have done this over and over again, but it is impossible, nothing happens. Maybe I am doing something wrong, and I cannot find it. Can someone help me.
All my products are in the Category of Clip Art & Image Files.
I have chosen as a “FINISHED PRODUCT”
Maybe it should be as “A SUPPLY OR TOOL TO MAKE THINGS”?
I don’t know what to think any more, or what to do. Can someone help me. Thank you in advance.

I am not seeing any postage on some of the listings I checked. Maybe you clicked physical by mistake when making that listing?
No, I have checked it out more times. It is a digital listing. And the client downloaded it immediately after purchasing. Thank you for looking.
Even if the client downloaded the item immediately after purchasing. If I want to complete the order I cannot do it, it will not move to the “COMPLETED SECTION”. It will stay in the “NEW SECTION”.
The only time a digital item should not be in the completed section is if you listed it as a custom listing which is a separate process. In that case you have to upload the finished custom item after the sale is made.
This is the problem. My listing is not a Custom Listing. This is why I don’t understand that it is not in the Completed Section. I sold already this listing with no problem. And I looked well, I am not asked to download anything. This is a normal digital download to download immediately.
I looked and yes, it's an instant download listing and should automatically go to Completed when sold. Can you contact Etsy help through chat?
