Etsy sent me a message that they fixed the problem and I appreciated that. I was unable to respond to the message to tell them it was not fixed. You couldn't respond to the message. I was not going to waste my time trying to contact them, talk to the Chat, be told to get a screenshot.... No, I just want to tell them a problem they thought was fixed is not, so I am posting here.
They told me the pricing problem was fixed and advised me to go back and check all my listings. They are not fixed. They still had all the old prices, not my edited new prices. I went to my Listing Manager and deleted the edited new price that I had wanted it to be and then typed it back in again and republished the listing. Then went back to my shop and checked. Nope. It was still the old, unedited wrong price. I went back and edited it again; this time I changed it. Raised it a dollar. That worked. So I went back to the listing once more and edited it again, lowered it a dollar so it would be the price I wanted it to be. Published again. And that worked. This is crazy. I have a lot of listings to fix.
