I Can’t purchase a shipping label

Hello , I’m getting a failed to purchase message the few times I’ve tried to purchase a label . Glitch maybe?

Same here. I tried a few times, and opened a new browser to try again. I came here to make sure I'm not the only person! So far I don't see any charges...

Thank goodness it’s not just me!  I’ve been searching all over Facebook and Reddit to see if I was the only one and couldn’t find anyone with the same issue!

We have a couple of different (stressing different) shops and was printing a label in one and it failed to print.

Tried a few times- same error.

Went to a different shop a same issue. Something going on with Etsy.

I am in San Diego, and can not purchase a shipping label either.  I tried twice, and got "Failed to Purchase" error.

same here. Have tried multiple times, logged in and out, changed browsers. I checked down detector and Etsystatus.com and see nothing wrong.

now able to print shipping labels. Tried one in the Etsy app and it worked, then went to desktop and wa able to print more shipping labels

Evidently the label problem got fixed.  I was able to print the label.  Need to go and check to see if I was charged for multiples.
