I have a previous buyer who continues to harass me on FB and has continued to purchase from me even after I've told them I will not do business with them. It's turned into them threatening me if I don't accept their orders. I try to contact Etsy but the link just keeps taking me back to the main page?! How can I have this person blocked from my shop? How do I report them?

Contact Etsy support: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018966753-How-to-Handle-Harassment-on-Etsy
Unfortunately, you can't block a person from buying. Just keep refunding and canceling.
I keep clicking the contact support button and it just takes me back to the beginning.
See if the ''I still need help'' button works on this page:
Since the harassment is happening on Facebook have you contacted them? It's possible you will receive assistance there. They will be able to view conversations and tend to take threats seriously. In regards to Etsy, cancel the orders and send any convos to spam. Do not delete the message in case you need them at a future date. With internet harassment, it is best not to engage. I'm sorry to hear you are dealing with this.
Did you find a way to block the person harassing you? I am having the same problem and it’s been going on since February. I keep sending her messages to spam but she is still able to message me.
There is no way to block on Etsy.
You can tell her directly to stop contacting you, or you will report her to Etsy for harassment.
If she continues, then report her

I have had the same issue with a buyer, I cancelled and refunded the order, had package intercepted, have all the proof in the world of her vulgar demeniar, and her ridiculous behavior accusing me of not mailing her anything and not getting a refund. She's constantly threatening and harassing. Today I got another message even after marking it as spam. I contacted Etsy support multiple times to get assistance in regards to this person, and I still haven't heard back yet. I am at a loss of what to do either. I don't think buyers with vulgar behavior should be allowed to continue having an account on Etsy.

@DomsVintageOddities there is a block button located on the user's profile page. it's at the very bottom. in the past, activating this button did not prevent the user from contacting you. however, the last time i checked it (a couple months ago) activating the button DID block the user from messaging you .............. this said, the person can always create a new user name and contact you again, but then you can block that account too. i hope this helps
Thank you, I'm using the Etsy seller app on my phone and I don't see that option, so I'm assuming I will have to log in on my laptop/computer to do this. Thanks again. The amount of stress and anxiety this person has given me is through the roof and I did absolutely everything by the policy guidelines and kept screenshots of all the vulgar behavior/harassment. I really look forward to using this option because I spammed the individual but got a message again on the same thread they were spammed on. Thank you for the great information.
You have to go to their profile to block them
How to block a member
Blocking allows Etsy members to prevent unwanted communication from another member. After blocking, the member no longer is able to message or follow you on Etsy.
To block an Etsy member:
This should stop them messaging you, but not buying from you
@CraftyCornishMaids I gave them that exact information yesterday!
@DomsVintageOddities I'm sorry you are having to deal with this. I've posted Etsy's info (below) for harassment and unwanted communication. Hopefully you'll see this message before the mods close this out-of-date thread.
