How to remove ‘over due’ shipping?

I have 2 “over due by 64 days & 32 days that I can’t remove from order page.  
  The first one cancelled after label & before I dropped off at PO. 
   Second one, sent email and said he never had an account on here & to refund his money. Anywhere I try & go on this one all I get is ‘error’ user not found or something to the likes 

This is making my account look bad.  With this shipping lateness no chance at that Star Seller Badge!

Sounds like you have only Refunded and not cancelled the orders 

Go to the order page and select Cancel

This will then move the orders to Completed.

In future, you can refund and cancel an order in one step rather than two
