My customer mistakenly bought the wrong size (handpainted to order) tshirt, and would like to exchange it. She’s in a different country so postage is expensive. I’m willing to do it, but not to do more work as well as paying the postage because of a mistake she made. So I’ll paint a second shirt. But how do I receive money from her to send it?
She already paid the first time and I spent it on sending it her in the first size. Once it’s returned I’ll start painting the replacement t-shirt, but how can she pay me the postage a second time?
Set up a listing for the new postage amount, not forgetting your fees? Or send a PayPal invoice. Maybe one of these would work.
Set up a listing for the postge cost and send the link to your customer.
You won't get credit for shipping for star seller unless you send them something so I think you have to wait until the shirt comes back, meanwhile paint the new one and then put the listing up for her to pay the shipping right before you send the second one.
