How to quickly scroll back to earliest messages received if there are a lot to look through

I'm in a situation where I need to find an early message received from a customer back in early 2021 but I've got over 3000 messages from them and it's taking forever to scroll back or use the "up" arrows to try and go back that far. Is there a quick way I can search through messages from a particular customer to go back to the earliest messages received?

If Windows is your OS use Ctrl Home after you've clicked in the message window, otherwise you just get the top of the Etsy page. May take a few times if Etsy needs to load old messages.
