Lost star seller badge because of an unanswered message asking if I knew the reason for my lack of sales. I always use the app for messaging and didn't see a place to mark spam. It honestly never occurred to me to respond or email support to avoid this. Just because it was so obviously spam. Any guidance?
Unfortunately you cannot mark messages as spam on the app.
You either need to use a browser and mark as spam that way, or, if you only use the app, you need to reply to every message - even the scam ones.
The app was updated and now I can mark messages as spam. My issue is the button is so close to the mark unread button that I accidentally marked as spam, and it seems to permanently block messages to that buyer, even if they are removed from spam. Hopefully this gets fixed.
