I refunded to clients money and renew the item again but the order still is shown in my shop and waiting to be dispatch. How to deliete the refunded order on the shop's dispaly

You need to cancel it.
Refunding doesn't cancel an order.
Cancelling doesn't refund again.
You have to use a browser. The app doesn't have the ability to cancel orders.
Go to the order, click on the 3 dots and select Cancel. Then it will move from your open orders and you will get your Etsy selling fees refunded too!
