How to correct my Star Seller rating?

I have met the criteria for Star Rating this session of Nov 1st to present which is January.  For some reason, ETSY is not loading all my 5 stars and notes I am not there yet!  However I have the 5 star ratings to qualify and have had a Star Rating for some time.  I used to have the CHAT option to connect with someone, which I have used successfully in the past.  Now the CHAT button is gone ( is this because ETSY notes I am "Not there yet" for Star? so the CHAT option goes away?)  How do I connect with my Star Seller support chat person now?  And how can I get my Star Seller rating changed to reflect I have met the criteria?  Thank you , I would appreciate a response so I know what is going on. You currently are a SS.  All the badges are there.  If you are talking about the next rating period for February, then you may not have met the minimum in sales yet - Five sales, and $300 in a three month period.

For February star seller they only use the ratings you get between 1st Nov and end of January.  You’ve had 4 reviews in that period so far and one is 4 star so they are right you haven’t qualified yet for a badge in February

Thank you so much, the issue is that one of the 5 stars for whatever reason, does not show up.  thank you for clarifying it is so great to get an answer!
