The above message I keep getting, and I can’t post listings nor get a hold of customer support.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, As NanaLetha stated, if you are using the App, switch to a browser or desktop computer.  I've never used the App, but according to others, it is very glitchy.
Also, I don't know if you are using the new listing form (instead of switching back to the old listing form). I've not used the new one, and have switched back every time I do a listing.
