How to come out of Vacation Mode and connect with new Payoneer Account

Hi All

I had closed my Payoneer account as I had issues with my old Payoneer Account. I created a new Payoneer Account and want to connect the same with my Etsy Account. However, the moment I closed my old Paynoeer account Etsy has put my account on Vacation Mode and is not allowing me to proceed further to add New Payoneer Acccount. Due to this I am unable to do sell or do any transcation on my account.

I have reached out to Payoneer customer care and they have advised me to reachout to Esty as from their end they could see that my old Payoneer account is closed. But to delink my Etsy account with my old Payoneer account Etsy needs to do the required help.

However, even after 2 days there has been no change in my account and my account is still in Vacation Mode. Can you help here? How can I get my Etsy account out of Vacation mode and connect with my new Payoneer Account? Please help me here

As far as I know, once you have connected a Payoneer account to your Etsy account there is no way to change it. Etsy does not seem to allow it. I know this because many other sellers have come to the forum with the same problem - I have never heard of a solution. Can you get the problem fixed and reopen your old Payoneer account?

@EternalBrassDecor: According to the many posts about this issue  in this forum, Etsy does not allow a shop to change Payoneer accounts. You will need to have Payoneer reopen your 'old' account.
