I am combining two orders into the same package, which is being shipped internationally using Global Postal Shipping.
Normally when I do this domestically via USPS, I take the tracking number from one order and complete the other order by manually entering the tracking number from the first order. But when using Global Postal Shipping, no tracking number is given, only a reference ID.
So when I complete the second order, how should I enter tracking manually?

When using global shipping labels there is a domestic tracking number. USPS delivers the package to the Asendia site so it gets a domestic tracking number. Just enter the tracking number into the second order. When Asendia receives they will replace with the customs number.
There is no tracking number given on the order page domestic or otherwise after purchasing Global Postal Shipping, I had to lift the tracking number to the Export Processing Facility from the label itself. Hopefully that does the trick.
