How the Heck does Free Shipping to Canada just now show up on orders?

Does anyone know why we have overseas and Canada charges for shipping in place, but now on new orders its showing FREE. Is Etsy running a free shipping in Canada? We have to charge for shipping outside the US or it's never worth the cost with all the fees.

Yeh, strangely quite a few of your listings, but not all are showing free shipping to canada.

Of the ones that are, they aren't also showing free UK shipping. It's like it's just Canada that's been changed.

How did you see that under shipping profile? I did the last item that had free shipping to Canada and corrected that profile, but how the heck does Etsy change these things without us knowing.

I changed my shipping to as Canada, and then looked at your shop. It shows free shipping on quite a few listings.

I then changed my ships to to UK (where I am) and it's not free shipping on any listing.

Which shows that it's just Canada that appears to have changed, instead of "everywhere else" for example.
