How fast etsy updates message response

Hey.

As it writes on etsy, I have 2 out of 25 messages that had not been answered in 24hours. That means 93% and no starseller therefore.

So I went to check the message log given by etsy on starseller dashboard and I saw that the last message they updates was on 24.11.

From that date and until today I had quite few messages and responding always on right time but Etsy did not update my status.

Can I do something about it since tomorrow is break point and I think i would receive star seller if etsy would update on right time.

Please help if you have any idea how long does it take to update or who can I contact to push this until 1. December breakpoint

"... have any idea how long does it take to update ..." A new thread is not counted until after the 24 hour reply window has passed and Star Seller stats seem to be updated only once per day.

The review period does not technically go till or through that last day. It is stopped a couple of days ahead of time. It’s always been that way.
