How do you offer both digital files and physical prints in the same listing?

I finally became a star seller.  I will probably lose it because I offer a digital file or physical print in my listings.  Since a digital file in a physical listing requires a tracking number, every time I send a digital file, it counts against me in the shipping star rating because no tracking number is given.  Many of my competitors offer the same combo, so how do I work around this to maintain my star status?

Hello @emilederecat,

Please know that digital items that are created as physical items will still require tracking or a shipping label purchased on Etsy because they are listed as a physical item. We encourage you to list the item as digital if they’re truly digital items. Unfortunately, those past orders will be considered physical items that require on-time shipping & tracking. Moving forward, once you list digital download items as digital, future orders will not be counted towards your shipping stat in the Star Seller dashboard at all.
