How do i reach etsy about vacation mode glitch?

Turned on vacation mode to catch up on orders. Went back to open and area is grayed out. Shop still shows vacation mode but I can't find a way to notify etsy, everything ends up sending me back to instructions for opening/closing (which do not work in this case) very frustrated!

Make sure you are using a browser and not the app.

I am using the browser. Not being able to reach anyone for help is my biggest problem right now. Thanks for the response.

Go back into vacation mode and then exit again.  Sometimes it takes a 2nd attempt to bring some shops out of it.

Clean out cache and cookies.  Run utilities.  Sometimes a computer can hangup if the OS has a lot of dendritus from old programs and apps on the browser.

Also try a different browser.

My vacation mode yes/no is grayed out so I cannot do either. I'll try another browser. Thank you.

@petzoup  In your shop manager don't you have Help > Contact Us ?

Nothing in contact addresses my problem and I can't find an area to ask a direct question to etsy support.
